Shipping

Noble Sands ships to the US and to select countries abroad. We strive to process orders as quickly as we possibly can. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and products on back order). We apologize, but we cannot guarantee any changes, adjustments or cancellations to an order after it has been submitted, but please email us as soon as possible at info@noblesands.com and we may be able to help.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of product delivery. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) must be obtained by emailing us at info@noblesands.com. If a RMA# is not obtained prior to returning an item, it will not be accepted and therefore not recognized as returned. When emailing us for a RMA#, you must provide (1) Customer name as it appears on the packing slip, (2) telephone number and the person to contact, (3) the applicable order number, and (4) the reason for the return or exchange. You should include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned product(s) to ensure prompt issuance of a credit or exchange.

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped. Only unworn items with original packaging will be accepted for return or exchange. 

We inspect all our goods before being shipped. By nature of how our goods are made, slight imperfections can occur. We do not consider this defective or damaged. If an item is damaged upon receipt, it is your responsibility to inform Noble Sands via email at info@noblesands.com within 48 hours of product delivery. Damaged goods due to negligence on the recipient's behalf will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sale items may not be returned for credit or exchange.

Original shipping charges are not eligible for refund on orders that were shipped correctly. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for orders being returned that do not reach us. We recommend that returns be sent by a trackable method.
